Metholodogies

All of our employees, when enrolled by Towa, sign a confidentiality agreement in which they are compelled to not reveal information provided by Towa or any customer, related to technological knowledge, trade secrets, development, implementation, application, etc. From the signing of this agreement, the employee knows the offenses incurred by the disclosure of secrets according to the National Law on Industrial Property we stick to the equivalent law "regulations for Non Disclosure & Intellectual Property Rights". This obligation is valid as long as the relationship between the employee and by Towa, and up to 10 years after termination thereof.

Towa, contractually with customers, is obliged to respect professional and banking confidentiality. Not revealing to third parties data and information. We are committed to the Copyright Act and Industry.
Our internal administrative processes are ISO 9000:2008 certified, if necessary we could consider some other certification.
To prevent loss of information or data by a disaster we have a BCP (Business Continuity Plan), which was mentioned earlier, that covers backups and archiving strategies.

    Gerardo hold a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering form Tec of Monterrey, and spend 2 years working for a Master of Art in Computer Sciences at Texas University, to complement his academic background he spend also a year in a MBA program at Tec of Monterrey and other year in IPADE AD2 Program.
    From 1982 thru 2000 he founded and grow up a software development company to became the largest in Latin America, in 2002 the started Towa with the vision to Excel in Software Quality and lead Mexico to became #1 in Software Quality in the World (“Mexico should achieve in software what the Japanese’s did in car manufacturing 50 years ago”)

    As Senior Managing Partner of Intellek Advisory Services, Inc. (a TOWA Group company), Albert has provided Strategic Management Consulting services to clients in Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Financial Institutions and Third-party Software Vendors in over 15 countries. Prior to joining TOWA Group, Mr. Sansores held executive positions with Accenture, IBM, SHL Systemhouse/EDS/H-P, Softtek, Hildebrando/HITSS and Xerox, he has provided leadership for many successful business development and delivery efforts throughout the Americas and Europe. Mr. Sansores received his education and training in the US, Canada and Mexico, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Barry University in Miami; and B.S. Industrial Engineering (BSIE) from the State University (UNAM) Mexico.     Gerardo has a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Universidad Regiomontana in Monterrey, Mexico.
    He spent five years as Co-founder and CEO of La Periferia Arquitectos (an Architecture, Design and Construction firm). After joining Towa in 2008, Gerardo is been working to improve every area of the organization, including new business development, hiring practices, retention strategy, new talent attraction and development.
    Gerardo´s mission in Towa is to integrate, align, boost and insert our reason to exist into the core of every person in Towa; also to care and nurture the fundamental values and beliefs that make this organization unique.

    During the next eleven years held IT executive leadership in Servicio Panamericano (Brinks) as CIO, with responsibility in strategic planning, infrastructure, security, software development, processes and telecommunications.
