Clients can either provide their own Master Services Agreement (MSA) or use our standard document, which can be revised and adjusted to include mutually agreed-upon terms, ensuring clear legal coverage and set expectations. Additionally, clients have the flexibility to choose between our U.S. or Mexico legal entities for financial transactions, allowing them to operate within a legal framework that maximizes the value of the engagement.

The Statement of Work can be issued by the client or by Towa Software for each individual resource proving software engineering services for a monthly staff augmentation fee. We can provide activities and references to work done per calendar month, however, the contract is not based on “time and materials” or project-based work. Instead, the client pays a fixed monthly fee for the resource, regardless of the exact time spent or materials used.
