Gerardo hold a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering form Tec of Monterrey, and spend 2 years working for a Master of Art in Computer Sciences at Texas University, to complement his academic background he spend also a year in a MBA program at Tec of Monterrey and other year in IPADE AD2 Program.
From 1982 thru 2000 he founded and grow up a software development company to became the largest in Latin America, in 2002 the started Towa with the vision to Excel in Software Quality and lead Mexico to became #1 in Software Quality in the World (“Mexico should achieve in software what the Japanese’s did in car manufacturing 50 years ago”)

He is responsible for all delivery, operations, talent recruitment and management, and information technology. He is responsible for the alignment and prioritization of company investments — enabling growth, consistency, efficiency, and ensuring worldwide operational.
Prior to joining Integrio, he spent 20+ years at Inmosys, where he held a wide range of global leadership roles, from services to products, and across operations and sales. Most recently, he was SVP & Global Head of the Manufacturing business, as well as a board member of their software subsidiary. He is also an avid cook and history buff.
